What Sets Our Treatment Process Apart

SaphyrX operates under a proprietary chromophore engineering platform — a Fe²⁺–Ti⁴⁺ IVCT activation system developed over a decade of self-funded experimental research. No other commercial or research entity offers comparable deterministic color output at wholesale volume.

01 ——
Deterministic Color Engineering
Our treatment process is not statistical — it is deterministic. Client-specified target colors are formalized as RGB coordinates and delivered within tolerance across the entire parcel. Every stone in a lot tracks to the same chromophore activation pathway, yielding uniform hue distribution without post-treatment sorting.
RGB Tolerance-Controlled
02 ——
Full Spectral Blue Range
Hundreds of distinct blue shades are accessible within our treatment palette — from pale icy cornflower through medium Ceylon blue, vivid Kashmir-style royal blue, and deep midnight. Fine incremental tuning between adjacent shades is available for color-matched parcel assembly or branded colorways.
Cornflower → Royal → Midnight
03 ——
Commercial Lot Quantities
We accept wholesale treatment orders from a minimum of 100 carats through to 5,000 carats per lot. Engagements are structured as business-to-business supply agreements with qualified wholesale gem dealers, lapidaries, jewelry manufacturers, and precision instrument suppliers.
100 ct — 5,000 ct Per Lot
04 ——
Competitive Trade Pricing
Treatment output is priced at 70% of prevailing wholesale market value for the specified color grade, making SaphyrX an exceptionally high-margin supply channel for trade buyers. Pricing is assessed per lot at engagement initiation against current Rapaport-equivalent blue sapphire benchmarks.

Precision

Color to Specification.
Not Approximation.

Every treatment engagement begins with a color brief. You provide the target — whether by RGB value, Pantone reference, GIA color notation, or physical sample — and our process engineers that specific chromophore state into the corundum lattice.

Spectral Targeting
Specify your required blue by RGB coordinates, spectral wavelength peak, or reference stone. Our proprietary treatment model calculates the precise Fe²⁺–Ti⁴⁺ IVCT activation parameters required to achieve that chromophore state.
Lot-Level Uniformity
Our multi-run process architecture ensures that color uniformity is maintained across every stone in a lot, regardless of parcel size. 500-carat and 5,000-carat lots receive the same deterministic treatment fidelity.
Repeat Order Reliability
Treatment protocols are archived post-delivery. Repeat orders to an identical color specification are fulfilled against the same process parameters — enabling branded colorway management for jewelry houses and watch manufacturers.
Disclosure-Ready Output
All treated parcels are supplied with treatment documentation suitable for laboratory disclosure. Our process is consistently identifiable under standard gemological testing protocols and we encourage full trade transparency.
